Full-time position. The Administrative Assistant assists with the preparation of vouchers, development of grant budget applications, contracts, budget revisions ,and budget amendments. This positions will work closely with the Administrative Coordinator in tracking the receipt of funds from funding sources and monitoring agency spending in an effort to prevent overspending.
