Full-time position. The Business Director will give oversight for the day-to-day general business and finance operations of The Salvation Army Chicago Kroc Center and coordinate these activities throughout the Center in an efficient, consistent manner.
BA degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred) with a concentration in Finance, or equivalent degree in a related field. Minimum of eight years prior experience in business development, planning, developing, administering and managing budgets for large organizations (minimum of $2 million annual). Experience with non-profit budgets preferred. Minimum of five years prior experience supervising and managing a multiple task professional staff. Full-time position. Responsible for the overall maintenance operations at the Freedom Center. The preservation and maintenance of all assets, in addition to the physical operations of the Corps Community Center, The Harbor Light Center and Pathway Forward programs are critical to the success of the position.
