Part time position will provide a positive first contact with the public including volunteers, donors, and beneficiaries of the Salvation Army, Coordinate and implement volunteer programs, which will include the Red Kettle (bell ringing) and Donut Day fundraising programs. Support the administrative staff and officers in the everyday business of the corps. Assist in corps and public awareness through the website. Minimum of a High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. A 2 year degree is preferred.
Experience (2 years) in administrative support and/or volunteer management. An exposure to social services or faith-based organizations is preferred.

Full time position will ensure the completion of basic janitorial assignments both inside and outside the facility. Pick up food and other items in van as needed. Make sure that all grounds are clear of debris. Dust and clean all rooms and prepare chapel for Sunday’s meetings. High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Temporary Part time position that’s responsible for the transporting of Bell Ringers and kettles to and from sites. Checking that all kettle workers are clean and presentable. To provide badges to workers when dropped off. Also will coordinate with Kettle Coordinator/Corps Officer on all disciplinary problems. Log drop off & pick up time of Bell Ringer on route sheet. Conduct periodical site checks throughout the day to ensure that workers are working. Assist with daily counting of monies as needed and data entry. As well as securing monies at all times.
