Will be responsible for developing leagues, programs, activities, program curriculum, marketing strategies, program management and program evaluation methods for increased and organized enrollment in all areas of the recreation program. Will supervise and train staff and volunteers. AA/AS in related field required; BA/BS preferred. Must be First Aide and CPR certified. Must be able to obtain MVR approval. Other requirements: six months of supervisory experience, six months experience working with youth and adults, experience driving a 12-passenger van, experience with a computer-based work environment and Microsoft Office.
