The Assistant Director of the PROMISE Program (Partnership to Rescue Our Minors from Sexual Exploitation) will provide assistance to the Director in all aspects of program implementation. The program is funded by The Salvation Army, Metropolitan Division Headquarters and maintains its primary mission of building community capacity to combat CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children). An advanced degree in social sciences or related field required. Two to three years’ experience in a progressively responsible position in social service program administration with nonprofit social service providers or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities mandatory.
