Full-time position. Administrative support will be provided for the Leadership Gifts Department in order to ensure that the functions of this position are achieved and effective donor relations are maintained. This includes assistance with written and oral communications, with planning and implementation of department objectives as well as maintaining a data management system (paper files and electronic data files). A liaison will also exist both within the department of Leadership Gifts as well as with other Development/Communications groups, Metropolitan Division departments/sites and donor contacts. Program Director is responsible for the administration, formulation implementation, operation and review of Head Start/Early Head Start Programs and Partner Sites, Chicago Family Case Management and all other grants received by the Child Care Program. Directs all services and activities within the delegate agency level and sets program policy. Must have graduated from an accredited University or college with a Master’s degree in child development or related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in administration and supervision.
