The Salvation Army has faithfully provided services to those in need in the Chicago metropolitan area since 1885. By recognizing that every young person has the potential to lead in some manner, The Salvation Army helps to prepare young people to navigate successfully through society regardless of their life situations. Through leadership programs, children and teens can develop their abilities, boost confidence, develop friendships, and other skills for their enrichment.
